Service Terms – DaDesktop Public Cloud

Purpose

The remote desktops we offer should be used exclusively for delivering training, consulting, or recruitment services in Hungary.

Unacceptable Use

The following uses are not allowed:

1. Hosting websites or other services
2. Mining Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency
3. Conducting performance testing

Should our staff notice any of these activities, we’ll end the service right away, and you won’t receive a refund.

 

Service Guarantee and SLA

We guarantee that the service will be available 95% of the time.

Planned maintenance, repairs, and upgrades will happen outside the standard working hours of 8 am to 8 pm local time, according to the server's location.

 

Data Safety and Confidentiality

We offer the service as-is, which means we can’t promise that the data you put on the desktops will remain confidential or secure. If that’s essential for you, consider using DaDesktop On-Premise instead.

Since these desktops are mainly meant for training, they’re not designed for working with highly confidential information.

Logging in to the remote desktops is designed for convenience rather than top-notch security.

Recording for Troubleshooting

Course Desktops, including Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant types, may be recorded when we need to troubleshoot problems.

Liability Disclaimer – Indemnification

DaDesktop provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults. Neither we nor our suppliers make any promises or guarantees, whether express or implied, about the services. As far as the law allows, we and our suppliers disclaim any implied warranties that the services are merchantable, of satisfactory quality, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or non-infringing. We also don’t guarantee that any results from using the services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your particular needs. We can’t promise that you’ll be able to access or use the services (directly or through other networks) at any time or place you choose. Nothing said by any representative of DaDesktop will create a warranty. You might have extra rights under local consumer laws that this agreement can’t override. You use the services entirely at your own risk.

If you have any dispute with us or our suppliers, your only recourse is to cancel your account. Our total liability—along with that of our affiliates and suppliers—for any claims related to the use of the services will not exceed the total fees you paid, if any, during the time those claims arose. We, our affiliates, and our suppliers won’t be held responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
