NobleProg Hosted Public Server

This environment is hosted in a NobleProg data center located within the EU, ensuring full compliance with GDPR. It operates as a shared server for NobleProg clients, meaning NobleProg retains access capabilities.

Should you opt for a server located outside the EU, local regulations may apply. Data pertaining to UK-based customers is specifically retained within the UK.

NobleProg Hosted Private Server

Hosted within a NobleProg data center in the EU, this setup provides a dedicated server exclusively for one organization. No other entity utilizes the hardware.

If you select a server located outside the EU, local laws may apply.

On-Premise Server

The server is physically situated on the organization's own premises. The software is installed directly on this server, ensuring that all data remains under the organization’s complete control.

  • Registration of an account is mandatory to access DaDesktop.
  • Upon registering, you will provide us with specific personal data, including your name, email address, username, and password.
  • We gather this information as it is essential for granting you access to our services and maintaining their security.
  • Your data may be used to send you communications related to your account.
  • Account data is retained for the duration of your account's active status.
  • You may cancel your account at any time, in which case we will delete your account data.

 
  • Clients can choose to manage users independently or request that NobleProg handle user management.
  • The server can be encrypted to prevent NobleProg from having any access.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

 

Training Room Data (Including Cloud Desktop Activity and Chat Function)

  • All activity within the Training Room is subject to monitoring by the course instructor, training management, and our technical support team.
  • This monitoring allows us to allocate appropriate data resources, assist with technical issues, track course progress, and ensure adherence to our Terms of Service.
  • Our terms of use prohibit users from engaging in personal activities, such as using social media, conducting financial transactions, or performing personal web searches.
  • Data is deleted once the course is marked as ‘finished’.

Video / Audio Data

  • DaDesktop features an integrated audio/video capability.
  • This feature is delivered through NobleProg infrastructure rather than external software.
  • Course Desktops (Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participants) may be recorded for troubleshooting purposes. No audio is recorded. These recordings are deleted 14 days after the course concludes. Only NobleProg administrators with SuperAdmin privileges have access to these recordings.
  • All data collected and stored is managed by the client.
  • Course Desktops and Recordings may (if required) be recorded for troubleshooting and other purposes (refer to Shared Server). These recordings are the responsibility of the client and are automatically removed after 14 days due to the auto-delete process.
  • No data is collected or stored.
  • NobleProg has no access.

  • If the recording option is used, NobleProg stores the recording, which can be monitored. The account holder determines when it is deleted.
  • If the account is cancelled, all associated recordings are deleted.

Technical Support

When you contact us for technical support, you must provide certain personal data, which may include your name, employer, email address, phone number, time zone, and the reason for your support request. We utilize this support data to resolve your issues and to better understand common problem patterns among our users. All technical support services are provided within NobleProg.
