Super administrators can modify help text, which appears each time a user hovers over the question mark symbol.

 

Targeted Help Descriptions

To alter a specific help entry, click the question mark icon, and then you'll be able to edit the text:

Any string that starts with https is automatically converted into a link.

Overseeing All Strings

Help Text enables you to revise the text for particular labels across the system, so users understand what each field is intended for.
