An organization can designate an external user as a trainer simply by providing the trainer's email address.

Such designated trainers enjoy greater authority than ordinary trainers you assign to a course.

They can create new courses within the associated organization, provided they remain the trainer for that course.

This allows them to create and even manage your courses from start to finish, a responsibility usually handled by organization administrators.

You must have confidence in the associated trainer to deliver training to your standards, as you will be footing the bill.
