Course Chat

The Course Chat feature facilitates communication among trainers, participants, and support staff about the ongoing course session.  It is built into the training room.

To join the course chat, simply enter the training room.  You will then be prompted to join the chat.

To access it at any other time, just click the chat icon in the top right of the training room.

Once clicked, the chat interface opens on the left, showing your course in the list.  Notifications can be enabled (at the top of the chat interface) to hear a sound whenever a new message is added to the course chat.
