Creating Organizations
Upon registration, an Organization is automatically generated bearing the same name as your username.
At times, however, it can be handy to establish a fresh Organization—perhaps to represent a company name, especially when multiple users from one firm utilize DaDesktop across Hungary.
Please note: Creating an Organization is restricted to Super Admin privileges.

How to Create Organizations in DaDesktop
Two paths exist: the default method simultaneously creates an organization owner account, while the alternative does not require a separate owner account—useful if one already exists.
Creating an Organization with Owner Account
- The owner account demands the user’s email, a password, and their full name (first and last). Roles can be assigned as needed. The currency defaults based on the portal: for dadesktop.com it’s EUR, and for dadesktop.cn, CNY.
- An Organization name is mandatory, accompanied by a short code. Once the code is set, it is immutable.
- The options for Allowing course recordings and publishing them are applied to all recordings across the entire organization. Similarly, the setting for Receiving Promotional Emails is an organization-wide choice.
- The 'Allow Recordings' toggle governs whether Recordings are available throughout the whole organization.
- If needed, Private servers can be chosen. Note that a server must first be designated 'Private' before it appears as an option here.
